Once we receive planning approvals, we engage other consultants, such as engineers, to provide the required plans. We then prepare a quote clearly outlining the project scope, expected costs, and timeframes. Upon agreement, we sign a formal fixed-price contract covering all aspects of the build. Our team also offers Cost Plus contracts for projects over $1 million to enhance flexibility and transparency.
After signing the contract and obtaining a building permit, we order high-quality materials from pre-vetted suppliers and set a realistic construction schedule. Our team will formalise site access, erect perimeter fences, and purchase the necessary insurance policies.
Time to commence construction on your new luxury home. Our skilled in-house team lays the foundation with our own plant machinery, then proceeds to the subsequent phases: base, frame, lock-up, fixing, and completion. We use top-end materials and approach each stage with utmost care to achieve quality, long-lasting results. If any variation from the plans is required, we will notify you before commencing any work.
